Poll of the Month September 2012I took the write-in movies from last month and made them the choice for this month. I also added a few to make sure that every category from last month was included.
Please vote for your favorite(s.) Yes, you can vote for more than one AND you can vote more than once! AND if you check in 'Other' and write a movie in I will add them as we go along, so check back often! I know that my husband is going to pick 'The Notebook' as his favorite and I guess that's why I put it on there, or maybe the reason I put it on there is to tell you how much I hate that movie!!! I will not be picking that one! I added 'West Side Story' because I love the music in it, but honestly, watching it today... well Tony is so very lame, but Riff and Bernardo still hold their own! And if you're from Youngstown, Ohio (which I am), you must vote for Bloodlock. It is one of the best really bad movies I have ever seen!!! AND it was filmed in Youngstown! My favorite part is when the really old vampire shows up with all these blue and red veins in his face and if you look closely... well you don't really have to look that close... you can see that they were drawn on with a ball point pen. It's great!! |

Poll of the Month August 2012
I love movies, my favorites are scary/thriller, but I do like all kinds. A couple of my favorites are 'American History X' and 'A Bronx Tale.' In the 'other' choice, write in the name of one of your favorite movies and I'll list them in the results next month, or better still, I'll list them and we can vote on your entries....
Oh, yea, and 'Fight Club.' Let's see if we can beat 15 votes this month!! |

July 2012 – Poll Results
Should there be censorship?
Well, this month there was a total of 15 votes, up 2 votes from last month! I'd love to tell you how much of a percent that went up, but my math is not so good!
• 73.33% (11 votes) were a strong F**K NO!!
• Followed by 2 votes for other – Depends on the forum, and No on censorship, but yes on
continued criminalization of extreme hate speech.;
• 1 vote for Absolutely; and
• 1 vote for Only if we can trust who is doing the censoring.
How do you feel about that? Check out my blog to see how I feel about that... and then leave a comment.

Monsters are everywhere. They hide beneath our beds, in our closets and in attics... and most important, they lurk in our imaginations.
